You dont get a free pass to murder just because someone is mouthing off.
If we look into anyone’s past, you will always find things that sound horrible and disturbing. As a black man, I have done and said some stupid things, but the kid was not just talking about it, he was doing it. When you tell someone that you’re gonna stab someone and then a couple hours later you do it, then you have premeditated murder.
